holiday-ish muffins

Last night I made Krusteaz Orange Cranberry muffins.  All you need is a cup of water and a strainer (I love things like this, because I almost never have eggs on hand when I need them for something spur-of-the-moment).  18 minutes later you have 12 yummy muffins.  They smell DELICIOUS while baking and are a great dessert or breakfast (maybe a thanksgiving a.m. or day-after turkey day breakfast treat?)
